Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
Due to their perishable nature, refunds are not issued for internally bad or overripe mangoes. Inspect mangoes upon delivery for visible damage.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

We do not accept returns for Alphonso Mangoes once delivered due to their perishable nature.
