Refund Policy

1. Returns for Damaged Mangoes

If mangoes arrive damaged, notify us immediately with photographic evidence for verification. Refunds will be processed for verified claims.

2. Reporting Timeframe

Refund claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed.

3. Perishable Nature

Due to their perishable nature, refunds are not issued for internally bad or overripe mangoes. Inspect mangoes upon delivery for visible damage.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds cover only damaged items; shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For free shipping orders, actual courier costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

7. Refund Exclusions

Promotional or discounted items are non-refundable; refunds apply only to regular-priced items.

8. Return Shipping

We do not accept returns for Alphonso Mangoes once delivered due to their perishable nature.
